Our on-call medical service is a private service. Fees are charged according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ), applying the 2.3 multiplier for medical services (or 3.5 with justification). The costs are generally covered by your private health insurance.

However, we would like all patients to benefit from our medical expertise. Therefore, we also offer consultations for patients with statutory health insurance on a self-pay basis. This means that we will invoice you directly for the treatment costs, which are generally not reimbursed by statutory health insurance.
